Puppy Information Request Form

It is important to us that our puppies only go to approved homes where they will received proper care and love their entire life. We start that process by requiring the completion and return by email of our Puppy Information Request Form. We will contact your references and chat with them to be sure you understand what is required in the care of our puppies. We will next schedule an online interview so that we can get to know you and your family and you can get to know us. It is ONLY after this process that we will accept you non-refundable deposit. If we do not have a puppy for you in the upcoming litter your deposit will be forwarded to our next litter.
